"My garage door would not close all the way on a Saturday night. The next morning I started reaching out to a number of companies and Garage Door Gators responded with 20 minutes. This was not for a repair but for a garage door replacement as mine had reached the end of its life. Within about an hour or two they had a quote ready for me and were willing to come out the following day since I was not able to fully close my door. Fortunately I was able to get my door fully closed Sunday afternoon which lessened the urgency. I explained that this matter is less urgent and I wanted to get a few more quotes. They were very patient and understanding. After receiving astronomical quotes from other companies I decided to go with Garage Door Gator and I could NOT BE MORE SATISFIED. They were very transparent with the pricing while not trying to upsell me on any other services or options AND installed the new door two days after first contact.
