"My garage door would not close all the way on a Saturday night. The next morning I started reaching out to a number of companies and Garage Door Gators responded with 20 minutes. This was not for a repair but for a garage door replacement as mine had reached the end of its life. Within about an hour or two they had a quote ready for me and were willing to come out the following day since I was not able to fully close my door. Fortunately I was able to get my door fully closed Sunday afternoon which lessened the urgency. I explained that this matter is less urgent and I wanted to get a few more quotes.
