How We Got Here
Garage Door Gators is a husband and wife business. Before coming to the Carolinas, the family spent nearly two decades earning 5-star reviews and a loyal following in California. They brought that same work ethic, attention to detail, and customer care to Mint Hill in 2023.

Our Warranty
Warranty
Garage Door Gators warrants all parts supplied and installed by us, along with our installation workmanship, for one year from the date of completion. During this period, we will repair or replace covered parts and correct workmanship-related issues at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper operation, accidental or impact damage, neglect, lack of maintenance, weather-related damage, electrical issues, or modifications and repairs performed by anyone other than Garage Door Gators. Unauthorized work that contributes to a failure will void coverage for the affected components.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, remain subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
